The OC team itself is based on people coming from different nations, and it is since years involved in Intercultural Competence trainings for big organizations, both in traditional and online ways. This contributes greatly to reduce cultural barriers so often the major obstacle in skill gap analisys and competence management projects.

OC cooperates with some major European Universities such as Cologne and Regensburg in Germany, and Bologna in Italy.

In Europe OC has two offices: the EU office in the metro region of Brussels, Belgium; and the historical seat in Ravenna, Italy.
